ABOUT THE PROGRAM
After running numerous programs to empower youth in the GCC region, Arab Excellence has gone the extra mile to support local talented youth in developing their skills, particularly in networking and job hunting.
To demonstrate its commitment to the region and the talented individuals who have participated in the Arab Excellence program (over 1,000 alumni), a special, program consisting of 3 phases has been developed in collaboration with our esteemed international partners from the private sector, including JP Morgan Chase. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of these talented youth.
Aligned with the Saudi vision 2030 and the Nationalisation of the workforce, The program will provide 150 participants with prestigious networking and mentoring opportunities to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. This outlines the necessary details regarding the program and its sessions.
PHASE 1 : MINDSET SHIFT BOOTCAMP (30 hours)
Intensive workshops and boot-camps facilitated by Arab Excellence trained trainers and coaches, as well as local professionals from partner companies and institutions. The workshops will cover a number of critical skills and topics including: inspirational case studies from local role models, formulating mid and long term vision, identify and create professional and personal roadmaps, proactive networking skills.
Phase II – Employability skills & On-job Trainings and Mentorship with partner companies such as JPMorgan
Participants will receive customized one to to one mentorship sessions from top experts and professionals from leading companies such as JP Morgan. This will allow them to get confidence while receiving concrete advice and skills to building their professional vision
Phase III - Matching using Match Excellence platform
The Match Excellence platform will be used as an all-in-one innovative tech platform that allows talents to architect their educational and skilling pathway based on their skills gap, aspirations and personality traits. It also matches them with existing training and job opportunities available in the market in order to achieve their vision in a gamified way.
