OUR PROGRAM
Arab Excellence (AE) has developed an innovative educational and training program based on the real experiences and stories of 75 inspiring Arab and UAE role models worldwide. The aim is to help students nurture the mindset of Excellence and provide them with concrete tools and transferable skills they need to build their vision and grow their career in order to achieve Excellence. The training program is designed for high school students (Arabs & Non Arabs) and combines Career Counselling, development of soft skills and knowledge and pride of the Arab world.
During these workshops, students will develop a personal roadmap for their future studies and career plans, work with templates for next steps planning, use strategies such as vision-mapping and goal setting, work collaboratively to make a presentation, and develop time-management, pitching and delivery skills. The best groups and students will be selected to go through advanced workshops, leading to presentations to parents, guests and media.
Students will then have the option to further engage with AE if they wish to keep developing their skills and become part of the AE network. Further details will follow.
I feel more motivated to achieve my goals because after reading and learning about the stories and backgrounds of these inspirational people, I feel like I should be able to turn my dreams into reality. Arab Excellence has taught me that it is important to set out a plan for yourself, and to to aim high, which is a piece of advice I will certainly be using
