Arab Excellence is working with incubators and accelerators to provide start-ups with training, workshops, and business mentoring. These workshops aim to inspire and empower the founders by helping them define the company’s purpose and vision and align it with their personal vision, articulate a concrete roadmap to achieve it, strengthen team cohesion, build and implement an efficient go-to-market approach, and develop keys skills such as networking and public speaking skills, among others…
Only two years after the launch of the Science & Innovation Park, UAE University received in January 2018 the Mohammed Bin Rashid Award of « The Best University to support Entrepreneurship in the Arab World »
During the Arab Excellence workshops, we have witnessed an impact in terms of change of mindset. Our participants have shown some considerable improvement in terms of self-confidence and motivation, and are feeling more inspired. They are not only able to clearly identify their personal drivers and create a vision, but also develop a sense of purpose, and a pro-active mind. They are also capable of planning and building a roadmap to achieve their goals. They are able to self-reflect and perform self-assessments to improve the set of skills they need to implement their plans.
