Strengthening digital skills for an inclusive future

Capgemini TS Morocco, GIZ Morocco, and Arab Excellence, through Match Excellence®, are joining forces to strengthen the digital skills of young Moroccan talent.

This collaboration aims to open pathways into the information and communication technology (ICT) sector, helping young people build their skills and shape their professional futures.

From training to employment

The program aims to identify, train, recruit, and support young Moroccan talent. Alongside developing technical skills, it helps participants define their career direction and discover role models who can inspire their professional growth.

Supported by international cooperation

The program is supported by GIZ through Invest for Jobs – the Special Initiative “Decent Work for a Just Transition” of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

By connecting skills development, career guidance, and recruitment, this initiative takes a step towards a more inclusive future for young talent in Morocco.
